Interested or needy student can contact nearest Vocational Training Institute of his tehsil and can get the admission form free of cost. Eligibilty criteria of admission will be attached with the form.

it's always a blessing to find some free vocational course offerring. I also found a good training center in the philippines offering free training. my cousin said it's lacking some facilities but te training is satisfactory. check the blog of the training center CLHIDO. :)
